Introduction
Our mentorship programme aims to cultivate talent and innovation in the field of cellular agriculture by helping to build a capable, motivated and diverse talent pool of people. We aim to support those pursuing careers or who are interested in joining the field of cellular agriculture to achieve their next career goal.
Impact
We have feedback to show that our mentorship programmes helps both the mentors and mentees develop their skills and confidence to enable them to progress their career within the field of cellular agriculture. Alongside this we know it also helps to build a stronger network of people working in the field.

Here is what some of the participants told us at the end of their cohort:
“My mentor went out of her way and helped me with job interviews which was crucial and helped me immensely in actually landing a job. This was truly amazing of her!”
“My mentor was fabulous. We will continue to meet online and I am planning to meet in person when I visit the UK. Thank you so much for the great match!”
“I feel we were well-matched, as our experiences at the beginning of our careers were quite similar. This created a safe space to discuss future plans and career perspectives”
“A very impressive and well organized programme. Kudos to the organizing team who have taken time out of their busy schedules to formulate and execute this wonderful programme.”
